Sugar Art – The Metropolitan Museum of Art

For the 2008 holiday season, I assisted Executive Pastry Chef Randy Eastman of the Metropolitan Museum of Art with the sugar art project.

The project was to be the recreation of the front facade of The Met decorated for the holiday season. It took a team of 7 pastry professionals 127 hours and 60 lbs of rolled fondant to complete during a 2 month period.
