The 11th Annual New York Chocolate Show kicked off with chocolate couture. The year of the “Super-Hero” chocolate fashion show.
“Wonder Woman” by Chef Zac Young and Jack Mackenroth absolutely lit up the stage and the show. I assisted Chef Zac Young in the creation and assembly of the chocolate suit. Most of my focus was on the bustier which was laborious and time consuming to say the least. But the completion was deliciously triumphant and our model Jaslene Gonzalez was the complete embodiment of Wonder Woman!
